Rules of Possession:

For All Who Strike During the Beset by Evil Spirits: A Birthday Flogging Scene

1. Dahlia is sovereign.
   Her presence governs the rite. Her signals are absolute. If she halts you, you stop. If she banishes you, you leave. If she invites you forward, you answer with intention.
2. Only the designated zones may be touched.
   Strikes may land on:
   • Upper back
   • Shoulders
   • Outer buttocks
   Nothing else. No wandering hands. No improvisation.
3. Only sanctioned tools may be used.
   You may strike with:
   • Open hands
   • Floggers or toys provided by Dahlia
   No personal toys. No belts. No paddles. No objects from pockets. Nothing improvised.
4. No contact between the cheeks.
   No gluteal separation. No groin contact. No accidental drift. Treat the centerline as sacred and forbidden.
5. Every strike is intentional.
   No windups meant to show off. No cheap shots. No cruelty. If you lift your hand, it should be because you are adding to the ritual, not disrupting it.
6. You do not chase the priest.
   If he turns, twists, stumbles, or shifts under Dahlia’s influence, you let the moment pass. You do not pursue, grab, or redirect him.
7. Respect the pace of the ritual.
   If Dahlia wants frenzy, she will summon it. If she wants stillness, you offer stillness. You follow her rhythm, not your own adrenaline.
8. Consent is communal.
   This is not a private scene. This is a liturgy.

9. You do not speak.

12. Enter as spirits. Depart as witnesses.

    When your part is finished, you melt back into the dark and watch in silence.
13. If Dahlia dismisses the spirits, the rite ends.
    When she is done, all impact ceases immediately.
    No final swats. No afterthoughts.
